Chicken Salad

Servings: – 4

Ingredients Used:-

  • Diced cooked chicken – 2 and ½ cups.
  • Cooked and crumbled bacon strips – 4.
  • Sliced water chestnuts, drained, 8 ounce can – 1.
  • Celery (very thinly sliced) – ½ cup.
  • Green grapes, halved – 1 cup.
  • Salad dressing or mayonnaise – ¾ of a cup.
  • Dried parsley flakes – 1 tablespoon.
  • Finely minced onions – 2 tablespoons.
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon.
  • Well ground ginger – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Worcestershire sauce – 1 dash.
  • Salt and pepper – according to taste.

Instructions

  • Combine the bacon, water chestnuts, chicken, grapes and celery in a large sized bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix together the leftover ingredients.
  • Add all of these together and toss them to coat.
  • Refrigerate or chill until serving.
