Chicken Salad

Ingredients Used:-
- Diced cooked chicken – 2 and ½ cups.
- Cooked and crumbled bacon strips – 4.
- Sliced water chestnuts, drained, 8 ounce can – 1.
- Celery (very thinly sliced) – ½ cup.
- Green grapes, halved – 1 cup.
- Salad dressing or mayonnaise – ¾ of a cup.
- Dried parsley flakes – 1 tablespoon.
- Finely minced onions – 2 tablespoons.
- Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon.
- Well ground ginger – 1/4 teaspoon.
- Worcestershire sauce – 1 dash.
- Salt and pepper – according to taste.
Instructions
- Combine the bacon, water chestnuts, chicken, grapes and celery in a large sized bowl.
- In another bowl, mix together the leftover ingredients.
- Add all of these together and toss them to coat.
- Refrigerate or chill until serving.
