Crunchy Chicken Salad

Ingredients Used:-
- Cubed and cooked chicken – 1 and a half cup.
- Chopped celery -3 tablespoons.
- Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons.
- Chopped water chestnuts – 2 tablespoons.
- Sweet pickle relish – 4 teaspoons.
- Drained and diced pimientos – 4 teaspoons.
- Chopped pecans – 1 tablespoon.
- Salt – ¼ teaspoon.
- Pepper – 1/8 teaspoon.
- Lettuce leaves – 2.
- Sliced, hard-cooked egg – 1.
Instructions
- Take a bowl. Combine the cubed, cooked chicken, with the chopped celery and mayonnaise. Add to this mixture Chopped water chestnuts, sweet pickle relish, drained and diced pimientos and chopped pecans.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the salad on plates lined up with lettuce.
- Garnish it with egg slices.
